About Our Founder

As City Architect for 14 years, Eric Bosch has had a remarkable impact on Kansas City, MO. He was instrumental in overseeing millions of dollars in contracts associated with the successful planning, design and construction of numerous renowned buildings such as the Kansas City Museum, WWI Museum, 18th and Vine Historical District, and Police and Fire Facilities. Eric was responsible for overseeing the Kansas City Municipal Art Commission, providing commissioned art at city facilities. The city owns a collection of facilities and thousands of acres of property, and Eric oversaw the purchasing, selling, and leasing of several of these properties, gaining a knowledge base in real estate.
Under his watch, an impressive collection of municipal properties was commissioned and built. Projects that touch and improve the lives of thousands of residents and visitors every day.
After his time as City Architect, Eric managed business development for Mark One Electric, Spaces Inc. and SFS Architecture. He established connections, introduced opportunities, and brought in clients through direct connections. He educated the architectural, construction community on the services that are valuable to help companies be successful.
Eric founded Studio Six13 to provide his expertise to architects, engineers and market sectors looking to grow their businesses. He shares learnings from his award-winning career to help expand business and provide opportunities in Kansas City.
Eric’s life’s work is to leave a legacy to the citizens of Kansas City. As an architectural steward and leader in the community, Eric shares his vision to influence and educate others.
